Our History
The Blue Den Hatchery, founded in 1965, is one of the oldest private fish hatcheries in Oregon. We have been providing top quality live rainbow trout to private pond owners, sportsman's shows, youth fishing derbies, outdoor camps, and other events for over 50 years. We've also provided fish for state and federal contracts in such areas as the Cascade Lakes, Central Oregon reservoirs, as well as state, county and municipal ponds throughout the Willamette Valley, Southern Oregon, and the Oregon coast. If you've fished in the public waters of Oregon, there's a good chance that one of our fish was on your hook! |  |
